Raynor massage is a unique blend of Western and Eastern techniques. The techniques include elements from Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, etc. This makes it highly adaptable to each individual's needs. The essence of this massage is about simply following where the tension is in the body and releasing it. It's great if you are looking for a release from physical or emotional pain. Whether you're new to massage or not, Raynor is suitable for anyone. I focus on targeting your residual tension. I am used to helping people with sore backs, stiff necks, aching limbs, as well as assisting to increase range of motion and flexibility.

A deep and delicate journey. This approach helps to balance and heal the body by releasing emotional and energetic blocks, opening the channels for the natural flow of life force energy. Welcoming and allowing all sensations in the body, including numbness, pain or contraction. It opens a possibility for a deeper connection with ourselves.

Tension is a completely normal and natural occurrence. It is something that is inevitable in our lives and requires self care. Massage can be a great addition to your self care regime.

There can be many reasons why people hold tension in the body. There are physical reasons; for example, the exercises we do, old injuries and our general posture. In addition people can feel tension connected to how they feel. Maybe they are having a stressful time or dealing with some emotional trauma.

My name is Gintare and I create a space for a healing journey through the use of touch, intuition and years of experience.

I am passionate about helping people find relief and regain vitality through therapeutic, energetic and tantric massage. I provide a contained space where people can let go.

My approach to health is holistic, meaning, I work with not just the physical aspect but also with emotions and any energetic blocks.

People often describe my presence as caring and calming.
